We loved the 'old style' building and the beautiful courtyards within the hotel - which are outside the rooms. You can sit & relax in these various courtyard areas, The hotel is unique in that it has unique architecture and you feel you have stepped back in time. It is really beautiful and is only minutes away from the Cathedral.
The parking - though free - is limited to the few cars that can park outside the hotel. When we arrived there were no spare spaces so we had to park in a public underground car park 5 minutes way at 21 Euros for the day.

The place is spotless, the staff members are friendly, and the rooftop views are amazing, and the beds in the junior suite are comfortable.

Spacious room, large bath, quiet interior (patio) location.
Room overall, while large, was sprawling. There was little room for hanging clothes, it was very dark, and rather insecure as windows could not be opened without access available to third parties. Also, the furnishings were clearly from a bygone era. Hotel staff, while willing, were run off their feet, with too much to do causing, at times, lengthy waiting at reception. WiFi was only available in certain parts of the hotel, and certainly not in our room.

good location, a proper double bed (as opposed to two singles pushed together), local traditional decor, four inner courtyards

the location is really nice, reminds me the Moroccan riad.
the service was really poor. the wi fi didn't work in our room, and they didn't help us with it. The receptionist told us' I don't know how to do it, you have to wait'. we went to visit Sevilla early in the morning, we got back at 4 pm and they were still cleaning our room. they left 3 towels in total in a double room. It 's really a shame cause the location is great.

Marvellous and incredible location next to the palace, the cathedral and other sites and the Alcazar and a flamenco show, 20 min walk to train station. And near Pilate's House.
